Craft Guild of Chefs

The Company has been associated with the Craft Guild of Chefs since 1975, when our logo was incorporated into their crest. The Craft Guild is dedicated to promoting excellence throughout the industry and the Company assists by providing scholarships and awards.

While the recipes of the Middle Ages may not be palatable to the modern diner, great care was taken with presentation, perhaps outshining even today’s Cordon Bleu chefs. Roast peacocks, pheasants and other birds were dressed up with all their feathers for presentation to the table.
